Each user can submit a claim form within 24 hours after the service provided.
Generally, all users are able to leave feedback about talent or buyer when the service is completed. However, if one of the parties faced inappropriate behaviour, the claim form can be submitted for our admin review, where should be described in details what happened with possible photo or video evidences in attachments, and how would you like to resolve the issue.
A complaint can only be lodged if there is substantial evidence provided.
Our admin will review the claim request at the shortest possible time.
