Disly is entitled to receive a fee from the talent for the use of the platform and the brokerage of sales contracts and/or purchase agreements.
Disly platform service fees include Disly service fee + payment processor service fee:
- 10% Disly service fee from the order’s total value
- Stripe payment processing fee 3.3% from the order’s total value
The Service Fee is calculated on the sum of the Goods and the Service net of VAT. So the Talent is entitled to receive the value of the “Order”, less the Disly and Payment processor service fee, for the performance of the sales or the service agreement.
