All our users are allowed to request an account and contact data removal any time.
Just contact our customer support by support@disly.ee or send your application through the form.
Our agent will verify an account ownership and delete the account with all listings and contact data.
Please note that account removal process means:
- Your account and all the listings you have created will be deleted
- Personal user data will be removed according to GDPR guidelines. Your messages and reviews will not be deleted.
- If you have ongoing transactions, they will not move forward.
- You cannot receive payouts after deletion.
- Payouts will not be made for any ongoing transaction involving your account, including payouts for other users.
- This action is permanent.
