Booking cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions applicable to the service are set out in the offer.

Depending on the service, flexible, moderate or strict cancellation terms apply to the service. Depending on the applicable cancellation terms and the time of cancellation of the service, the amount of the refund to the customer will vary.

The service cancellation terms are the following:

  More than 72 hrs and up to 7 days 90% of the Order value
  24 hrs and up to 72 hrs inclusive 50% of the Order value, less Disly's service fee

Moderate cancellation conditions 30 days or more before the service is provided 100% of the Order value
  More than 7 days and up to 30 days 90% of the Order value
  72 hours and up to 7 days inclusive 50% of the Order value, less Disly's service fee
  Less than 72 hours before the Service is provided No refunds
Strict cancellation conditions 30 days or more before the service is provided 90% of the Order value
  7 days and up to 30 days 50% of the Order value, less Disly's service fee
  Less than 7 days before the service is provided No refunds

In order to cancel the service, the customer must fill out a cancellation form or send a request to support@disly.ee. The cancellation request shall be deemed to have been submitted on the first working day following the day on which it was sent or on the day on which an acknowledgement of receipt is sent, whichever is the earlier.
