Account inbox usage

On Disly account there is a possibility to overview your messages and booking information from customer/talent in account’s “Bookings & Messages”.

There are two sections:

  1. Inbox for customer “As a customer”
  2. Inbox for supplier “As a talent”

Inbox for customer includes messages about your bookings and possible messages to/from any talent (e.g clarification of service details, requirements, time slots etc.). When talent answers, there will be visual notification about unread messages.

Inbox for talent includes messages about your services that were booked by customers and any possible messages to/from customer (e.g clarification of service details, requirements, time slots etc.). Same as with inbox for customer, when there is new message or booking from customer, there will be visual notification about new messages.
